AM system development and sales
We independently develop and sell high-end 3D printers that use Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technology.
Our basic lineup of AM systems are,
・Small work size AM system suitable for material research and development.
・Medium work size AM systems for convenient and easy-to-use with capable for super engineering plastic materials use.
・Large work size AM systems for small parts mass production and integrated manufacturing of large parts with capable for super engineering plastic materials use.
In addition to our basic lineup AM systems, we can offer any customization also to meet customer needs.
Maintenance
After you purchase our AM system, we recommend to subscribe to a paid maintenance service after a certain free warranty period ends.
We will propose several plan that suits your needs, from standard plan to original plan.
Machine maintenance are supported by our experienced engineers who are well familiar with machine operations.
We keep about 270 types of replacement parts in stock at three locations in Japan at all times, so we can quickly maintain and resolve any problems with the machine.
Development and sales of powder resin materials
Powder resin materials for 3D printers are required to be “layerable crystalline material powder” with an appropriate melt flow range and process window, and to have “stable quality” with the right amount of additives added to prevent heat, oxidation, and static electricity.
We develop powder resin materials to be best use for our AM systems in collaboration with major material manufacturers both in Japan and overseas, and sell them under our own brand.
Modeling Services
IIn recent years, the trend shift for manufacturing is accelerating in Japanese from “mass-production” to “high-mix, small-lot production” and “high value-added production”
Modeling services utilize 3D printers can meet various needs at manufacturing sites with shorter lead time, such as for “Prototype model”, “Study model for mass production” “Shorten production lead time by less tooling” and “Reduce inventory management costs with just-in-time supply”.
We can offer quick response for your request from a single prototype modeling to the mass production utilizing our experience and expertise as a machine manufacturer and utilizing networks with partner companies.
Aspect Modeling Services
We offer modeling services utilize our developed AM systems.
From prototypes and lost models to final products, as long as you have 3D CAD data, we can meet your needs with a wide variety of materials and experience.
We can offer post process as well, such as surface finishing and painting, etc according to your purpose.
